Steve Forbes is chairman and editor-in-chief of Forbes Media. His newest project is the podcast "What's Ahead," where he engages the world's top newsmakers, politicians, and pioneers in business and economics in honest conversations meant to challenge traditional conventions as well as featuring his signature views on the intersection of society, economy, and policy. Mr. Forbes helped create the highly acclaimed public television documentary, In Money We Trust?, which was produced under the auspices of Maryland Public television. The film was inspired by the book he co-authored, Money: How the Destruction of the Dollar Threatens the Global Economy - and What We Can Do About It. His latest book is Inflation: What It Is, Why It's Bad, and How to Fix It, co-authored by Elizabeth Ames and Nathan Lewis. Mr. Forbes writes editorials for each issue of Forbes under the heading of "Fact and Comment." A widely respected economic prognosticator, he is the only writer to have won the highly prestigious Crystal Owl Award four times. The prize was formerly given by US Steel Corporation to the financial journalist whose economic forecasts for the coming year proved most accurate. In both 1996 and 2000, Mr. Forbes campaigned vigorously for the Republican nomination for the Presidency. Key to his platform were a flat tax, medical savings accounts, a new Social Security system for working Americans, parental choice of schools for their children, term limits, and a strong national defense.

Rich Karlgaard is the former publisher Forbes (1998-2018) and currently global futurist for Forbes Asia. He writes the “Tech Connector” column for Forbes Asia and is principal moderator at the annual Forbes Global CEO Conference. He is a speaker and panel moderator at business and financial events around the world. Mr. Karlgaard’s 2014 book on innovation culture, The Soft Edge, examined successful corporate cultures. It featured an afterword by the late Harvard Business School professor, Clayton Christensen. Rich’s 2015 book, Team Genius, was praised by Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella. His 2019 book, Late Bloomers, was favorably reviewed by National Public Radio’s Morning Edition, The New Yorker, Harvard Business Review, Financial Times, and Wall Street Journal, which selected Late Bloomers for its C-Suite book club.

Erin Gibbs brings more than 25 years of distinguished experience in quantitative equity research, portfolio strategy, and wealth management to her new role as chief equity strategist at SlateStone Wealth. At SlateStone, she is responsible for leveraging mathematical and statistical models to develop, implement and manage proprietary investment strategies designed to optimize returns for the firm’s clients. Mark Mills co-founded Montrose Lane, an energy-software venture fund, is founder and Executive Director of the National Center for Energy Analytics, a contributing editor at Manhattan Institute’s City Journal, and a faculty fellow at Northwestern University's engineering school. He writes for numerous publications, including the Wall Street Journal, and his PragerU videos have been viewed over 10 million times. Mr. Mills is the author several books: The Cloud Revolution (2021), Digital Cathedrals (2020), Work In The Age Of Robots (2018), and The Bottomless Well, (2005), about which Bill Gates said, "This is the only book I've ever seen that really explains energy." He served as Chairman/CTO of ICx Technologies helping take it public in a 2007 IPO. Mr. Mills served in President Reagan's White House Science Office, and earlier, was an experimental physicist and development engineer in microprocessors and fiber optics at Bell Northern Research (Canada's Bell Labs) and RCA Semiconductor.

Catherine Forbes, daughter of Steve Forbes, has a unique depth and breadth of understanding when it comes to Forbes and its community. Although she does not have an official title at the company, she has been working there, as she likes to say, since birth. Ms. Forbes has spent much of her career in fashion and retail management, as well as working with her father, Steve, on the management of his projects, including books, social media, and operations. When not devoting her time to Forbes, she is a retail consultant and also has a career assisting archaeological excavations and research in the United States and abroad.
